The History of the Home

1039 W 30th Street is a great example of an original single story craftsman bungalow. The home was built in 1914 by J.C. Allen a prominent builder in the Los Angeles area in the really 20th century.  The home is contributing element in the North University Park Specific plan Historic District.

The Restoration

This home underwent an extensive exterior restoration, including new historically accurate custom built windows, repaired original siding, and a historically accurate paint scheme. The interior of the home was updated to allow for a modern life style. All aspects of the infrastructure are new including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
